International Agent Application Form

Please provide the supporting documentation with your application. SHC will not proceed with your application if all supporting documentation and information is not filled out and missing.

I understand, • I will be offered a one-year or less agreement as an initial provisional period. • Close to the end of the one-year period, my agency’s performance against the Agreement will be reviewed and that I may be offered a subsequent Agreement up to three years or as agreed. • SHC will monitor my performance in an informal ongoing manner as well as annually and based on my performance, the Agreement may be terminated. • Where SHC requests that I undertake corrective action, that I will organise for its execution and within the specified period. This may include termination of employees and/or sub-contractors where SHC consider that they are placing both SHC and the Australian VET market into disrepute. • I, and my employees and sub-contractors will continue to maintain their knowledge of the Australian training market and be ready to provide evidence as part of the annual review. • Should any of my circumstances change in relation to any of my responses within this Application Form, that I will advise SHC of these changes within 5 business days. I declare that I, my employees and sub-contractors (where applicable) will, and at all times, should I be offered an SHC Agent Agreement: • Act in a professional manner and promote SHC and its courses with integrity and accuracy, including adhering to the Australian International Agent Code of Ethics • Only recruit Genuine Students in an honest, ethical, and responsible manner and support their positive learning experience at SHC. • Assist in upholding the integrity and high reputation of SHC and of the Australian international education sector. • Take reasonable steps to avoid conflict of interests with its duties as an education agent of SHC. • Maintain confidentiality and transparency in its dealings with Students and Prospective Students • Use our best endeavours to ensure the information provided by Prospective Students is true and correct. • Be responsive to SHC’s requests to meet (face to face or via media) and/or for information. • Adhere to all legislative and regulatory requirements in line with the ESOS Act, National Code (2018) and the Standards for RTOs (2015), including Commonwealth and state-based legislations, such as privacy.
